When a Pronunciation Power product is ran for the first time its asks you enter your serial number. The “OK” button will not enable until you have completely entered a valid serial number (including the dashes). If you were emailed your serial number, we recommend you use “copy and paste” to paste the serial number into the field just to make sure you are entering it correctly. If the “OK” button does not enable then there is something wrong with the way the it is entered.

Please ensure you are NOT doing any of the following:

  1. Entering the serial number without the dashes.
  2. Entering the serial number with “o’s” instead of zeros.
  3. Entering the serial number of a different product which will not work.
  4. Entering an activation code instead of a serial number. Although they look the same, they are very different.
